This states that if you have earned more than $8,000 in gross income from any source that is in Massachusetts, you are required to file Form 1 NR/PY. If you have any questions, you may access the guidelines at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue
NON-RESIDENT:
This states that if you did not live in the state of Massachusetts, but you had earned income from a source within Massachusetts, you are required to file Form 1 NR/PY. If you have any questions, you may access the Massachusetts Department of Revenue
